The La Filanda Agritourism can be found in Manerba, just a few minutes away from the shores of Lake Garda, where there was once the old farming town of Montinelle with its barn, cantina and old spinning mill. The Cavazza Novello farm covers over 100 acres. Its roots are closely linked to the history of the Garda island, which once belonged to the family of Count Lecchi, a general of Napoleon Bonaparte. The farm produces a highly prized DOP certified extra virgin olive oil, Garda Bresciano. The apartments at La Filanda Agritourism are located in nearby buildings. They are comfortable accommodations with close attention to every detail. They have a kitchen, air conditioning (except 3 of the apartments) and are equipped with every comfort. Several of the apartments are wheelchair accessible. The complex also offers free Wi-Fi and free use of bicycles, along with coin operated washers and dryers. The large swimming pool has a diving area that is 2.5 meters deep... The solarium covers a large area and is equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas. Nearby you will find a locker room with hot showers and baths. Our guests can also enjoy beach volleyball court, four tennis courts, table tennis, basketball, toddler pool (depth of 40 cm) and a playground. All around the farm of olive trees is a 1 km trail suitable for jogging. The park has a barbecue area with tables, benches and a large awning. For business meetings or team building courses our conference room is equipped with a video projector and internet point that will satisfy all your requests. Coffee breaks and catering are also available upon request.
