The driveway has space for three cars. The central heating and water softening system was installed in 2006. The two bathrooms on the ground floor were renovated in 2012, and the swimming pool was finished in July 2013. The house is ready for moving into, but if necessary the constructed area can be increased by 20%.
The house is about 5 Km from the train station in Desenzano del Garda, where you can reach places like Venice and Verona by train easily.
